It may be repairable with expert guidance or the supply of some additional spare parts.

We want your equipment to be back in operation as fas as possible. If this cannot be done, the information gained has already been logged so that when your equipment arrives at our service department we can be sure to act based on all the relevant information.

If possible, please make sure we have contact details for the person who was operating the equipment at the time the problem occurred. Our experience tells us that this can sometimes be the vital key to solve the more unusual problems speedily and at the first attempt.
