- How do I order my Water Level Meter?

- What is the lead time on a Water Level Meter?
Our lead time can fluctuate throughout the year, but typically our lead time is 2 weeks from receipt of order to being despatched for delivery.
- How do I carry out monitoring with a Water Level Meter?
The Water Level Meters use a corrosion-resistant probe connected to a permanently marked flat tape, mounted on a sturdy reel. The probe is powered by a single 9V battery.
As soon as the zero-point of the probe contacts the water surface a circuit is completed. This triggers a bright LED indicator and an audible buzzer simultaneously on the reel.
When the probe is raised slightly above the water level, the LED indicator and audible buzzer are switched off so that the reading point can be ascertained accurately. The depth is read off the high-precision tape.
- How often does my Water Level Meter need servicing?
The Water Level Meter doesn’t require any servicing other than replacing the batteries.
- How do I order spares & consumables for my Water Level Meter?
Spares such as replacement probes and tapes are available to order on request. The following spares are available:
- Replacement tapes and probes
- Alternative length units as a whole or just tapes if that’s all that’s required
- Screw-in ground sensors for measuring the bottom of wells
- Screw-in probe tips with snap-hook to attach plummets or bailers
- Additional 250-gram weight
- Carrying case for transport and protection of the Water Level Meters
