Click! Ex is capable of analysing up to 4 different gases across variety of ranges from a single sample point. Its automated operation allows the data to be available via plant’s SCADA or our Data Portal over customer’s network.
Its small footprint makes it possible to integrate easily into environment with limited space availability, such as CHP engine containers.
At the heart of the system is our proprietary Click! Sensor Module, which offers industry leading reliability and accuracy using gas sensors from world class manufacturers. Its modular design allows for safe maintenance activities to be performed annually, with a minimum of plant downtime and therefore, cost effectively.
Our Click! Ex system has been specifically designed to be used in explosive atmospheres – ATEX Zone 1. As safety in this environment is of the highest importance, Click! Ex utilises a flameproof enclosure to ensure compliance with DSEAR regulations. It has been successfully adopted by CHP engines manufacturers and within oil & gas industry.
