Oxygen Analysers

Oxygen analysis is highly important for a range of industrial applications, such as waste management, biogas generation, energy production, and environmental monitoring. In order to ensure high levels of operational safety and efficiency, the composition of oxygen in various gaseous processes, such as anaerobic digestion, must be monitored and analysed.

Here at Gas Data we have a range of fixed and portable gas analysers that can analyse oxygen composition within these gaseous processes with a high level of convenience and accuracy. If you’re looking to purchase or hire our oxygen analysers, contact our team about the analyser that you’re interested in or visit one of our global distributors.

Why monitor oxygen in industrial applications?

Analysing oxygen levels in industrial applications is essential for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance of the process being undertaken.

In many applications, oxygen plays a key role in determining the safety of the process, especially those that involve combustible or toxic gases. Ensuring that oxygen concentrations are maintained within a safe range is highly important for applications such as biogas generation from AD plants as if concentrations are too high the risk of combustion or explosion is increased if flammable gases, such as methane or hydrogen, are present.

However, low oxygen concentrations can also pose serious health risks to workers in confined or poorly ventilated spaces, which can potentially lead to hypoxia or asphyxiation. Continuous monitoring helps organisations maintain safe oxygen concentrations, comply with occupational health and safety regulations, and reduce the risk of incidents.

Where are our O2 analysers being used?

Our oxygen analysers are trusted by organisations across a wide array of industries to deliver accurate, real-time oxygen measurements in challenging environments. Whether for safety, process optimisation, or regulatory compliance, our instruments are engineered to perform reliably and accurately in a range of industries, including; AD Plants, Landfills, Oil & Gas, Land Remediation, Biomethane Generation, Odour Monitoring & Control, And more!
